"2. Sauvagemont en Brabant, 27 mars 1941. Interesting letter in which the author explains his retreat from Brussels. He declines to make an etching of Brussels. This item belonged to the collection of Jules Gosfils. Jules Grosfils was the animator of two important organisations which promoted Belgian graphic art during the Interbellum. The ''ABDCE'' Association Belge des Collectionneurs et Dessinateurs d' Ex-Libris; and The ''G.O.B.'' La Gravure Belge Originale. On his ex-libris see an article of Dr. Alfred Comtesse in ''Bulletin du collectionneur suisse: livres, ex-libris....Année 2 ( 1928) Issue 6. We have several other ex-libris from other artists available, all from this collection. We are prepaired to make a special price when ordering more items. Please inquire via e-mail."
