Issue one 12 nn pp ; issue 2 20 nn pp, both issues are printed in screen printing ( serigraphy). Issue I in mint condition. Issue II (due to lower paper quality) with some minor marginal discolouring especially of the front cover). Complete set of this mythical periodical , a one-man production of Gianni Bertini ( 1922 - 2010) ; with texts by Bertine, Jean-François Bory , Robert Filliou , Pierluigi Albertoni, Adriano Spatola , Henri Chopin, Jochem Gerz , Eugenio Miccini, Clemente Padin , Gérald Rocher , Shimizu Toshihiko....( the first issue is quite rare). This periodical MEC ( abreviation of Mechanical ) is Gianni's effort to promote his concepts of Mec'Art, an artistic mouvement created by him in 1963. Mec'art used photographic and other reproduction techniques, not unlike Andy Warhol and Rauschenberg in the US, to arrive at new art forms."
