Bon exemplaire.
Ingénieur civil, William Willcocks (1852-1932) était un spécialiste de l'irrigation : entré au service de l'Egypte britannique en 1883, après des débuts aux Indes, ce fut lui qui conçut et construisit le premier barrage d'Assouan (1899-1902), ainsi que celui d'Assiout.Absent de Hage Chahine. - - VENTE PAR CORRESPONDANCE UNIQUEMENT
