In all 54 physical issues, with over 6000 pp of text. Texts are in Dutch or French. The periodical deals with the Fine Arts of the Southern Low Countries and the actual Belgium. It is the official publication of the Brussels' Museum of Fine Arts and contains many articles of art historians relating to artworks or artists which have a connection with the museum. The Brussels' institute is the main Fine Arts museum of Belgium. Note; Prior to this publication a total of 6 yearbooks were published by the Museum (1923-1944).
