Collection of 4 sheets of stamps issued on the occasion of the world exhibition.
"3. Gand ( Gent ) , Héliotypie Artistique Théo De Graeve, 1913, 4 sheets containing each 20 stamps with different views of the of the exhibition, perforated margins, verso side of stamps gummed. Fine condition. The 4 sheets with stamps are identical regarding the subject, they have however a different colour ; green , blue, two different shades of grey. Also the captions are differet ; in French (2 leaves ) , in German and in English.."
