Album I. contains ca. 50 unnumbered leaves ,with tipped on to recto site only, 250 photo illustrations , numbered and with printed captions ; portraits of German politicians and public figures, pictures of important public events during 1933. Album II ; contains ca. 30 unnumbered leaves, with tipped on to recto side only, 160 photo illustrations, numbered and with printed captions, illustrating public events up to 14th June 1934 ( Hitler's visit to Venice). Albums with the original wrappers. Complete and very well preserved. Interesting iconography of the Nazis taking over German state power, covering the first 16 months of the Nazi regime. Figures such as Rudolf Hess and Ernst Röhm still have their place in these albums. Rare in this complete and fine condition. Text in German."‎
