"15. Paper size is 320 x 220 mm, 152 leaves, manufactured late 17th century , watermark ; double headed eagle with manufacturer's initials ENL (?) , similar to Churchill nrs. 440-445 , the leaves are gathered in quires and still sewed together. The quires were removed from a binding. The leaves are generally clean , except for a few leaves (ca. 10) which have a faint small waterstain at the outer margin. The dustsoiled outer leaves have not been counted in. The paper is of a particular strong quality. (See Churchill, Watermarks in Paper, Third impression , 1967, Herzberger, Amsterdam)."
