Binding with slight traces of use but a fine copy with a perfect interior. Text in French. Well illustrated and exhaustive study on low priced houses and appartments and social housing projects. For France practically the whole 19th century is studied, together with the evolution of the legal status of ownership. Important notices are made on the situation outside France. E.g. Gatliff buildings in London, Dublin, Philadelphia, Krupp in Germany, Breslau...Texte en français. Très intéressante étude sur les maisons à petit loyer. Pour la France toute l'histoire du 19ième siècle est traitée.‎
