The viceroys of the Austrian Low Countries (princess Maria-Christina and Albert-Casimir of Sachsen-Teschen) have been replaced by the count of Murray, because they supported the ancient freedoms of the Low Countries, and now the Assembly is worried about the presence of Austrian troops.
