Livre scolaire en latin donnant l'histoire de la Belgique en 15 livres; se termine par un éloge de Guillaume I. L'auteur fût longtemps journaliste et un des créateurs avec Paul Delvaux, Joseph Lebeau et Charles Rogier de L'Association Constitutionelle qui amenait à l'indépendance de la Belgique. (Biographie Nationale vol.X pp.662-665, De Theux; col.903). Exemplaire en bonne état dans sa couverture originale (mais dos cassé).."‎
