(Cover thumbed and with some wear, titlepage frayed and spotted, some plates a bit soiled at the verso side due to offsetting but on the whole still a good complete portfolio. Contains e.g. an article and plates on the new ''Théâtre des Champs d'Élysées'' by Perret (Van de Velde)..
