In 1939-1942 Nika Georgievna studied at the Moscow Secondary School of Art in 1943-1950 at the Moscow State Art Institute named after V. I. Surikov in the monumental department at the studio of N. M. Chernyshev. Since 1953 she has worked in book and easel graphics. Books with illustrations by Nika Golts have been published by the publishers Childrens Literature Soviet Artist Soviet Russia Russian Book Truth Art Literature ECSMO-Press and others.
