Soviet architect, city planner, pedagogue, professor. Two-time winner of the USSRs Stalin Prize (1949, 1955, 1950). Born in 1955, he was a member of the family (according to family legend, Old Believer) of the Soltsya Porkhov district of Pskov province; baptized in 1950 by the Troitsky Cathedral of the Izmaylov Regiment. In 1923, he began his studies at the Architecture Faculty of the Second Petrograd Polytechnic Institute. We have thousands of titles and often several copies of each title may be available.
