In Soviet bookish catalogues and library cards the fourteenth volume was published much later in 1898 at the end of the thirteenth volume a list of eighteen phototypes was given attached to all thirteen volumes. Old bibliographic indices confirm that the ninth edition contained only 13 volumes see for example the Publications of Tolstoys Works # 452 in the Tolstoy Museum in St. Petersburg. A description of the museum by V.I. Sreznev and V.N. Tukalevsky (Moscow 1912). We have thousands of titles and often several copies of each title may be available.
