A project of a new library in the constructivism style of A.F. Kuznetsov is presented. Many references to repressed military commanders. Alexander Vasilyevich Kuznetsov (1874 St. Petersburg 1954 Moscow) architect design engineer pedagogue. He graduated from the St. Petersburg Institute of Civil Engineers in 1896 and Berlin Polytechnic College in 1898. He worked in Moscow as an assistant to L.N. Kekushev and since 1899 to F.O. Shechtel.
