‎Paris Montgredien & Cie 1901 Première édition. Très belle collection des 15 premiers numéros de ce mensuel illustrés en noir et en couleurs, reliés en un seul volume. Reliure cartonnée avec dos et coins bordeaux, plats marbrés. Titres dorés au dos. La reliure est un peu frottée, mais dans l'ensemble elle est en très bon état. Les numéros individuels sont en bon état de propreté, avec un léger assombrissement des bords. L'un des feuillets présente une petite entaille sur le bord, à l'endroit où il a dépassé du bloc de texte. De magnifiques illustrations réalisées par d'éminents artistes de l'époque. Chacun des quinze premiers numéros est consacré à un illustrateur différent : Albert GUILLAUME, Ferdinand BAC, Ch. HUARD, H. GERBAULT, CARAN D'ACHE, LEANDRE, JOB, Benjamin RABIER, Abel FAIVRE, A. ROBIDA, STEINLEN, HERMANN PAUL, GRUN, BALLURIAU, et A. WILLETTE. Chaque numéro compte environ 20 pages (couvertures comprises) et comprend de belles images ainsi que des publicités d'époque. 32cm x 27cm.‎

‎First edition. A very nice collection of the first 15 issues of this monthly magazine illustrated in black and in colour, bound in one volume. Hardback with burgundy spine and corners, marbled boards. Gilt titles to spine. The binding is a little rubbed, but overall is in very good condition. The individual issues, are in good clean condition, with a touch of darkening to the edges. One sheet has a little nicking to the edge where it has protruded from the text block. Beautiful illustrations by the eminent artists of the day. Each of the first fifteen issues is devoted to a different illustrator: Albert GUILLAUME, Ferdinand BAC, Ch. HUARD, H. GERBAULT, CARAN D'ACHE, LEANDRE, JOB, Benjamin RABIER, Abel FAIVRE, A. ROBIDA, STEINLEN, HERMANN PAUL, GRUN, BALLURIAU, and A. WILLETTE.
