Carton rigide avec un dessin et des titres imprimés en vert et en marron sur la première page. Les planches sont propres mais un peu assombries. Le contenu est propre, mais il y a une inscription de cadeau sur la première page blanche, datée de 1890. Les pages / gravures sur bois pleine page sont imprimées sur un seul côté (recto) de la feuille. Bordures rouges. Gravures de haute qualité par les frères Dalziel. 76 feuilles numérotées. 24 x 18 cm.‎

‎A nice copy of this First Edition Thus. No date (dating from WorldCat for this SPCK edition). Hardback boards with green and brown printed design and titles to the front board. The boards are clean but a little darkened. Contents clean, but with neat gift inscription to front blank, dated 1890. Pages / full page woodcuts are printed on one side (recto) of the leaf only. Red borders. High quality engravings by the Dalziel brothers. 76 numbered leaves. 24 x 18 cm. .‎
