With (later) annotation in ballpoint on verso "La guerre 1914-1918". The nurse is portrayed in a beatific pose. Henri Manuel (1874 1947) was a French photographer who served as the official photographer of the French government from 1914 to 1944. 212 by 146mm (8Πby 5٠inches).
