No editor mentioned at the beginning, various women mentioned throughout the text and credited for all recipes and tips explained. Two star bands on the top and bottom of the front cover, title and collective authorship on the front. Detailed index (8 pp.!) at the beginning of the book. Many empty pages left as "Memorandum" to be filled with notes. This now rare book is full of interesting recipes and tips. It features typical Brazilian dishes such as broinhas, Bahia patties or cheese tartlets as well as English or even French dishes. Though no pictures are included, this should give a lot of inspiration when it's time to cook! Rio de Janeiro, Charles Frank Publications, 1947. 3ª edição. Nenhum editor mencionado no início, diversas mulheres nomeadas ao longo do texto e creditadas por todas as receitas e dicas descritas. Duas faixas de estrelas na parte superior e inferior da capa, título e autoria coletiva na capa. Índice detalhado (8 páginas!) no início do livro. Muitas páginas vazias deixadas como “Memorandum” para serem preenchidas com anotações. Este livro raro está cheio de receitas e dicas interessantes. Apresenta pratos típicos brasileiros como broinhas, empanadas baianas ou tortinhas de queijo, além de pratos ingleses ou mesmo franceses. Embora nenhuma foto esteja incluída, isso deve dar muita inspiração na hora de cozinhar!‎
