A project of a new library in the constructivism style of A.F. Kuznetsov is presented. Many references to repressed military commanders. Alexander Vasilyevich Kuznetsov (1874 St. Petersburg 1954 Moscow) architect design engineer pedagogue. He graduated from the St. Petersburg Institute of Civil Engineers in 1896 and Berlin Polytechnic College in 1898. He worked in Moscow as an assistant to L.N. Kekushev and since 1899 to F.O. Shechtel. The orginal edition. "This bibliography fully describes the library of some 6000 books and pamphlets on electricity, magnetism, and telegraphy printed before 1886. Collected by Latimer Clark, the library was purchased in 1901 by Schuyler Skaats Wheeler, an American inventor and manufacturer, for presentation to the American Institute of Electrical Engineers. A great many of the books in this library, particularly the final two thousand items, concern telegraphy".
