Highly interesting sammelband containing two very rare works focusing on optimizing roof construction for agricultural and functional buildings with a strong emphasis on economic efficiency, practicality and safety, particularly in the context of fire prevention. The first work, “Oekonomischer Vorschlag”, of which we only can trace one copy in the trade, discusses practical and economical methods to design and build roofs for agricultural or utility structures, emphasizing cost-effectiveness, durability, usability and fire safety. The second work offer specific recommendations to enhance traditional roofing designs, addressing structural weaknesses, inefficiencies and vulnerabilities, such as susceptibility to fire or environmental wear.
