Bound in a beautiful recent full leather binding of red goat skin. Back richly gilt in old style, in slipcase. Some traces of use and some leaves neatly restored at edges, occasionally rather shaved.The first edition of H.C.Andersen's first collections of fairy tales whose six parts make up two bindings. In the present copy two parts are first issues, while four are second issues.
