"Prima edizione", rarissima a trovarsi perchè fu stampata in un numero limitato di esemplari.Così Parenti Rarità bibl. dell'800, pp. 165-166 che precisa: A Parigi il Manzoni fu lungamente ospite, con la madre, della marchesa di Condorcet, della quale frequentava il salotto con assiduità. A questi legami (e a quelli, soprattutto, di profonda amicizia, che legarono Alessandro al Fauriel ch'era l'amante della Condorcet) pare debba attribuirsi l'origine di un poemetto intitolato ad "Urania" col quale nome apppunto il Fauriel soleva chiamare la sua amica. Esemplare a grandi margini, ben conservato.

Urania is in 1903 in Maastricht opgericht door Hubert Regout, een kleinzoon van Petrus Regout. Het was een duidelijke kopie van het Kaiser-tin uit de Duitse Jugendstil of art-nouveau stroming, gemaakt door oa J.P. Kayser & Sohn. Na 7 jaar was de vraag naar deze stijl alweer voorbij waardoor de fabriek moest sluiten. In die tijd zijn er waarschijnlijk zo'n 400 verschillende items gemaakt, vrijwel allemaal van tin. Er zijn 2 ontwerpers bekend: Friedrich Adler (1878-1942) en Hans Peter (1856-1945), beide Duitsers die weggekocht waren bij soortgelijke fabrieken./////////////////Urania was founded in Maastricht in 1903 by Hubert Regout, a grandson of Petrus Regout.
