Diplômé de l'université hébraïque de Jérusalem et de l'université de New York, Jacob Baal-Teshuva est l'auteur de publications consacrées à Chagall, mais aussi à Andy Warhol, Christo & Jeanne-Claude, Il vit aujourd'hui à New York et Paris.
