Gallimard, (Paris) 1943. Relié, couverture décorée d'après la maquette de Paul Bonet. L'un des 550 exemplaires en cartonnage NRF prélevés sur ce deuxième tirage de 1'650 unités.
Réimprimé 5 ans après l'originale, avec un index dans lequel figure Fargue, Jarry, quelques paradis,... mais pas le 7ème ciel.Autre exemplaire en réimpression avec mention fautive de second tirage à 100 francs; ce dernier est au moins le troisième, précèdé de celui de 1943 suivant l'originale de 1938 – me relisant, je peine à me suivre, je comprendrai donc sans peine que vous ne pigeriez que dalle.
