Grand in-8 490pp. Cartonnage éditeur percaline rouge, dos lisse orné de compartiments finement dorés, belle composition polychrome sur le 1er plat (portrait de trois enfants dans un médaillon doré, caressé par une branche d'aubépine) dans une large frise d'encadrement noire et dorés, 2e plat décoré d'une large frise d'encadrement noire avec rosace centrale, tranches dorées (Souze et Engel). Orné d'une vignette sur le titre et nombreuses illustrations de Montader dont 24 hors texte, frontispice compris. Intérieur frais pratiquement sans rousseurs, beau cartonnage décoratif en parfaite condition.
